The Stroke Rehab Excerciser

Originator.......Tom Jeary

THE PROBLEM:  Stroke rehabilitation requires lengthy repetitive exercise. In the past , therapists held a 3-4 foot long large dowel with a tube that the recovering victim could slide back and forth. It was not steady and not effective.

THE SOLUTION:  This modified chair has two 5/8 steel "runners" firmly attached on either side with both vertical and horizontal sponge padded steel slider tubes that allow for consistent, controlled exercise of both the left and right arm, as required. Another chair on either side allows for multiple users The exercise progress is now much easier to monitor and frees up valuable therapist's time.
